Mrs. Loper is a proven small business leader with over 18 years of experience successfully building, staffing and managing small local businesses. Mrs. Loper is a respected small business leader within her community and brings extensive hands-on experience in running small businesses.

In addition to her duties as a co-founder, Mrs. Loper provides mentoring to Women Owned Small Businesses. Mrs. Loper understands the challenges women business owners and managers face on daily basis and is often sought out by others within the business community for advice and guidance.

Mrs. Loper began her small business education as a teenager working for her father’s local Army Navy Surplus store where she acquired valuable business operation knowledge from her father and learned a strong work ethic and what it takes to build a successful small business. Several years later, after graduating college and starting a family, Mrs. Loper began her corporate career while living in Athens, Greece as a United States Air Force dependent. She worked for 3 years as the Front Area Manager for a five-star resort hotel owned and operated by the U.S. government in Athens. During her tenure as the Front Area Manager, the hotel was selected as the top government run hotel facility in the United States Air Force European Command. After leaving Greece, Mrs. Loper concentrated on raising a family, but several years later, she was approached by a local non-for-profit organization to manage their local retail store. At the time of her hire, the retail store operated in a 5,000 square foot facility, and consisted of a staff of 2 employees and dozens of volunteers. With her expert knowledge of sales and operations, she was instrumental in growing the retail store platform over the past 10 years into a 25,000 square foot facility with over 30 full time employees and 300 plus local volunteers. Her skill as a small business manager enabled the non-for-profit organization to become one of the most successful local small businesses in the area and earn a reputation as one of the most efficiently run retail stores within the community.


She is graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Liberal Arts.

Mr. Loper is a proven senior executive with a 30+ year accomplished career in corporate finance, mortgage banking, operations, sales and business development. He has held numerous executive positions within the banking and finance industry to include Senior Vice President - Global Home Loans & Finance, Vice President of Sales – 4ADream.com, and Vice President of Direct Lending for MEGO Mortgage Corp. Mr. Loper is the past President and Co-founder of New Castle Mortgage Corporation where he and his partners successfully launched a national mortgage banking platform that specialized in home equity loans to borrowers in 35 states. Prior to forming New Castle Mortgage Corp, Mr. Loper spent 9 years with Transamerica Financial Services. During his tenure with Transamerica, he held several senior management positions to include Vice President – Mid-Atlantic Territory. Prior to this assignment, he served as Sr. Manager – U.K. Operations in London, England where he directed all management and administrative functions related to the operation of a 13 branch network in the United Kingdom. Mr. Loper was selected as Transamerica’s “Manager of the Year” from over 600 branch locations and was the recipient of the American Financial Services Association’s “Merit Management Award” and the Florida Financial Services “Bill Devine Award”. Mr. Loper is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and works closely with Veteran Owned Small Business Owners to assist them in finding working capital to grow their businesses. 

Mr. Loper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland.

Terence is our Area Director in Jackson and covers the central and northern markets in Mississippi. He is a 25+ veteran of the finance and lending industries, and has held senior management positions with several national companies.

Prior to joining Southern Capital Funding Network, Terence held the position as Area Manager for Community Loans of America. He has also worked as the Division Manager for Main Street Finance, CompuCredit, and Advance America. He was also the Regional Sales Manager for Associates First Capital.

Terence is an ex-college athlete, having played football for Troy University. He is also an excellent golfer.

Daryl serves as our Regional Director in Missouri and has 25+ years of experience in commercial lending, banking and small business development. Daryl is based in St. Louis and has worked with several of the largest banks in eastern Missouri.

Prior to joining Southern Capital Funding Network, Daryl held the titles of Senior Commercial Lender – Banterra Bank, Vice President-Commercial Lender – US Bank, Vice President-Commercial Lender – Regions Bank and Commercial Lender – Farmers & Merchants Bank.

Daryl is also the founder and owner of Collectible Auto Investments, LLC which buys, sells, and provides consulting services for classic cars.

Bubba is the Area Director for the Huntsville, Alabama market. He has over 24 years of experience working with small and medium sized companies helping them grow their business by advising them on options for funding growth by comparing the costs and benefits of traditional lines of credit, personal assets and A/R based solutions such as factoring and asset based lending facilities.

Chandler is the Regional Director for Mississippi & Louisiana and has over 16 years of experience in banking and commercial real estate sales and financing. He is based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and supervises our Area Directors throughout Mississippi and Louisiana.

Prior to joining Southern Capital Funding Network, Chandler spent over 10 years working in Business Development, Marketing, Strategic Planning and Real Estate sales and development for several companies located in the Southeast. He was an Area Vice President and Branch Manager with AmSouth Bank for 4 years in the Hattiesburg area.

Mike serves as our Senior Director in the Jacksonville market as well as head of our Commercial Construction Lending Division. Mike is a highly experienced commercial real estate lending professional and real estate developer with over 30 years of combined experience in commercial banking, lending and real estate development.

Prior to joining Southern Capital Funding Network, Mike held several high-level positions within the commercial banking industry to include Vice President – Fifth Third Bank, Senior Vice President – Bank Atlantic, Senior Vice President – Barnett Bank and Senior Vice President – Security Pacific Bank. He has worked in the private sector as CFO – Group 12, and President/Owner of Real Estate Solutions, Inc.

Mike is a ex-college athlete, having played 4 years varsity 
for the Jacksonville University’s basketball team and was a starter on the NCAA Finalist Team that was runner-up for the national championship.

Stephanie is our Regional Director for South Carolina. She is a highly experience commercial banker and lending professional with over 16+ years working in the South Carolina and North Carolina markets. Stephanie covers our market in Columbia, and supervises our Area Directors throughout South Carolina.

Prior to joining Southern Capital Funding Network, Stephanie spent over 8 years working with BB&T Bank as Risk Analyst, Business Services Officer and a Financial Analyst. She worked for PNC Bank as a Commercial Banker, and served as President & Founder of her own consulting firm.

Brad is our Area Director for the western Tennessee market and is based in Memphis. He has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry as well as 17 plus years with commercial and consumer lending and collection experience.

Prior to joining Southern Capital Funding Network, Brad spent 12 years working for Independent Bank serving in several capacities to include, Vice President/Investor Liaison, Assistant Vice President, and Branch Manager. He was Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager with Victory Bank, as well as Branch Manager with NBC Bank in Knoxville.

Brad is also a licensed Realtor and has owned his own capital recovery company for over 10 years.

Austin joins our company full-time after serving as a summer intern. In his role as Associate Business Analyst, he assists in the development of the Athlete Owned Small Business Division. He helps identify and market direct to business clients in this sector, as well as develops product and program guidelines and materials.

He is an ex-college athlete, having played 4 years varsity baseball for Berry College. During his senior season, he was a relief pitcher on Berry’s first Southern Athletic Association Conference championship team.

Anthony McMillan serves as the company’s Director of Information Technology. In his role, he supports the companies field personnel with all phone, computer and email related issues. In addition, he is responsible for the management, strategy and execution of the IT infrastructure for the company to include overseeing technical projects in alignment with organizational goals, directing the effective delivery of networks, the development, and the disaster recovery systems and processes of the company.

Anthony is a highly skilled and seasoned Telecom & Network Engineer with over 10 years of experience having supported local, national and international clients located throughout the Atlanta metro area and the Southeast.
